Located in Huai Krai, run by a Taiwanese American woman, involved with training Wa people brought in from Burma, runs a compiled village of Akha who are encouraged to come to the location only to live in severe poverty afterwards, and of course, they can't be traditional any more, they have to convert.

Emanuel also made a great attempt to take control of two additional Akha villages nearby. Built a big mission in one and a big church in the other. The events are very dominating. NO effort is spent on working with the traditional culture or language, rather a theology of extraction is preached, and great wealth of the mission also. There have been numerous suicides quite near to the mission due to the oppressive poverty the Akha there face.
