Akha Mercy Home Mae Chan On the Mae Chan - Chiang Saen Highway less than a kilometer from the jct with the super highway. The Akha Mercy Home is one kilometer north of Mae Chan on the Chiang Saen Highway. Staff at the facility stated that the place was connected to Rose Martinez, Youth With a Mission, and the Christian Happy Home north of Chiangrai run by Rose Martinez but confirmation of this information has not been established. Approx. 30 Akha children and a lot of staff.
