There are twelve important Akha festivals per year and many other ceremonies. (See Ceremonies)

This is the first of these twelve festivals in Akha life cycle.

Missionaries racism bans these festivals, but doesn't ban American festivals.

These festivals give beauty, meaning and duty to Akha life!
