Addressing Problems in a culture
I address this issue first because so many people use infractions in a culture as reasons to condemn it as long as it isn't their culture. Usually this is the relationship between north and south cultures.

For this reason I suggest that if there is some problem in a culture, one address the specific problem and try to find a solution to it, not destruction of the whole culture.
